Unlimited Coaching
For Your Team
Give your staff the support they need to perform better.
You know the power sustained coaching has over time: increased clarity, someone to talk through decisions and challenges with, help with sticky situations. With coaching, you make more progress faster in your business.
You care about your staff and the value they bring to your accounting firm. Your success depends on their performance. You know they are worth investing in.
You know they can perform better, but your expertise is in accounting and tax, not human development. It’s not the best use of your time, and you may find it draining to deal with people-issues.
Now your staff can access the benefits of unlimited coaching, by Certified Life Coaches, without the premium fees, complicated procedures, and 20-page contracts.
There are two steps to get started: accept the Agreement, and make your first payment. (You can make adjustments or stop coaching any time.)
You might be wondering:
Unlimited means unlimited.
We recommend scheduling a session to recur weekly. But if something comes up and a staff member could benefit from a second (or third!) session in a given week, they should schedule one. The idea is to get your team members returning to focus and high-performance as quickly as possible. (If someone gets coached daily, we’ll talk. :)
Is it private?
100%. Confidentiality is required.
We will not reveal to you who got coached and who did not. Nor will we discuss who got coached on what. We may discuss broad themes and topics that get brought up so that we may better understand the needs of staff and can find ways to serve them better. But we will not discuss or reveal the contents of individual sessions, nor will we discuss individuals themselves. We can tell you how many total sessions were scheduled by your staff, in order to get a sense of how much the program is being taken advantage of.
How will I know if it is working?
We can discuss what kinds of changes you hope to see in your staff and around the office, and how you can measure those things.
You might like to experience:
Less time fielding questions
Staff make better decisions and with greater autonomy
More effective communication
Increased confidence
Improved accountability
Even though human development is neither linear nor regularly paced, we will do what we can on our side to direct improvements in areas that are most important to you.
How do I introduce this to them?
We have a Private Coaching webpage for your staff that onboards them into the concepts, the value, and the logistics. We will also give you some scripts so you can introduce the idea to them in a way that makes it compelling. This is a benefit to help everyone work better and work better together.
What will they get?
On the Private Coaching webpage for your staff, they can schedule their sessions, and watch the Foundations: Mindset Videos.
Can you help me lay out the steps to make introducing this to them easy?
We suggest the following:
Decide when you want them to start.
Take a look at the webpage your staff will see, so you know what they will get.
Watch the mindset videos on that page, so you can set expectations about what coaching is, and what it’s not. We want to allay concerns that they are being disciplined (they’re not), or it’s like therapy (it’s not). You may want to mention how it helps you, so they have a sense of what it might be like. Remember: most people have never been coached. Address possible apprehension and reluctance.
Decide when you will tell them, and if you’ll do it in a staff meeting, or one-by-one.
The sooner you start, the sooner you will have higher-performing staff.
