Agreement

I agree:

  1. That the purpose of coaching is to improve staff performance, and to improve the performance of the business as a whole.

  2. To plan time to present coaching and position it well, so that staff are set up to use the coaching successfully. You want staff to understand the potential value to them personally, the value to your company, how they can benefit from it.

  3. To set expectations clearly: how to use it, how not to use it.

  4. If there are any challenges, bring them to Geraldine’s attention. Don’t wait until things become a big, festering problem.

  5. Payment is made for the month in advance. You can cancel at anytime, and still get coached for the remainder of the month.
