Recently, Delta asked me if I wanted to purchase an Exit Row seat for $89 for my 5-hour flight.

Yes, thank you, I do.

$89. Click. Purchase. Done.

Exit Row seats used to be free.

Then, a pricing person at Delta person said, "Hey, I wonder if we can sell these."

I hope that person got a raise because they captured $4M+ uh-day in previously uncaptured value.
