How good is your mindset?

Some pricing is tactical:
• Tiered monthly services
• Flat rates for productized offers
• Pricing curves that nudge choice
• High anchors and descending price lists

Useful stuff.

But some pricing? It’s mindset:
• “What if they leave?”
• “They’ll never pay that.”
• “I wouldn’t pay this much…”
• “They helped me get started.”
• “I feel guilty—it’s so easy now.”
• “They’ll think I’m too big for them.”
• “I haven’t raised his rate in 20 years…”

Tactics help—until mindset prevents testing.

Write your pricing thoughts down.

Get them out of your head and see if they’re actually true.
