Do you do accounting… or sell it?

There’s what you do, and there’s what you sell.

Contractors do construction, but they sell a house, and a place to live and be with loved ones.

Engineers do equations, but they sell robots, rockets, quieter jet engines, skyscrapers, and bridges.

Therapists do therapy, but they sell relief from emotional struggle, improved relationships, and feeling better.

Just because you do accounting doesn’t mean it’s best to sell accounting.
