In addition to the ways I mentioned recently that “busy begets busy,”

The busy-thinker doesn’t know:

  • how many clients she has

  • what those clients are getting in terms of services

  • what those clients are paying

  • or if they’ve paid

  • or if they’re profitable or not

…

The busy-thinker is so busy serving clients

that she’s too busy to

stop serving clients she’s losing money on.

…

Oh, the perils of lionizing “busy.” :(
