What's the right price for X?
The question is often framed this way:
“How should I price X?”
As in:
“How should I price a tax return?”
“How should I price my middle-tier package?”
“How should I price payroll?”
When the question is framed this way, it presumes there is correct answer.
Here’s the thing with pricing:
There is no. single. correct. answer.
Instead, try this question:
“What is the most one of my clients is willing to pay, for X?”
