Why does pricing matter?
How you price what you sell informs your top-line revenue.
If your prices are low, you have to sell more to meet your revenue needs.
If you have to sell more, there’s more work to do.
If there is more work to do, you might need to hire more staff.
If you need to hire more, you need to invest more time in getting staff to perform to your expectations.
If you need to invest more time, you work more hours.
If your prices are low, you might need to work more hours.
Low prices = more hours.
This is the opposite of what we want. :)
But low prices is where a lot of accountants are. :(
