Price the value, not the work

Recently, I mentioned that it’s not HOURS but VALUE that makes money.

Many accountants focus on selling more hours to increase revenue.

They don’t focus on creating more value to increase revenue.

None of the above ^^^^^ necessarily requires you to work more.

If you price and sell work, you’ll have to deliver work.
If you price and sell value, you won’t have to work as much.

It’s not obvious how to do this.
