How to end never-ending busy

Busy, defined –

1: engaged in action

2: full of activity

3: foolishly or intrusively active

4: full of distracting detail

...

One problem with repeating the thought, "I'm busy," either out loud or to oneself:

Busy begets more busy, because the busy-thinker is so busy getting stuff done, she doesn't stop to ask:

"How can I systematize this?"

"Who can I give this project to?"

"Do I really even need to do this?"

"How can I do this a better way?"

...

The busy-thinker thinks, "I need to get this done. So I can get the next thing done. And the next, and the next. And then I will be done."

But she is never, done.

Because if she were to be "done," she would no longer be "busy."

Because she believes she is busy, she will always be busy.

Because she believes she is busy, she will never be done.

...

So, around she goes.

Like a Mobius Strip.

No beginning, no end.

"I am busy," as a self-concept.
