Are you incentivized to create value for clients?

Yesterday, I left you with this line:
If your firm’s pricing model rewards grind, inefficiency, or endless hours… don’t show up with your surprise face 🙂 when that’s exactly what you get.

But let’s reframe that in a more helpful (and slightly less snarky) way:

If your firm is stuck in grinding, inefficiency, and long hours, your pricing structure might be the reason.
(Most likely, it’s rewarding exactly that.)

Now imagine updating your pricing so it rewards delivering high value to clients—efficiently.

That means pricing high because you’re creating real value, then building systems that deliver that value in less hours.

The fix for grinding might be as simple as changing your pricing incentives to align with a win-win:
– Clients get more value
– You earn more in less time

Incentives shape behavior.
